Returns

If this is the case you can return your item(s) to us for a refund provided:

- Items are returned within 14 days of delivery date
- Items are in an unworn, unused, saleable condition
- Items have all packaging and tags intact (shoes should also be returned with original shoe box intact)

 

How Do I Return An Item?

Please use our returns form below making sure you include

- Order number

- Name of item and reason for returning (please provide photos if relevant)

We will get back to you with return instructions and a postal address to send to. Return costs are at the buyers expense.

Please do not post back to us until you have a returns authorisation

We aim to credit your original payment method within 10 working days.

 

 

 

 

All delivery charges are non-refundable in any circumstances - If you received free shipping for spending over a certain amount and your refund takes your total order amount under the spend threshold we reserve the right to also deduct our standard shipping fee of £3.99 from any refunds.

Can I Exchange An Item?

Unfortunately, at present, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative size, please return your order for a full refund and reorder the required size on our website.

Faulty / Damaged Items

If you have received items which are damaged or faulty you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Claims for damaged/faulty items will only be accepted if the item is unworn/unwashed and still has tags attached. We will not accept claims for damage caused to items that have been washed or laundered.

Missing Items

If there are items that do not have confirmed delivery to your shipping address after a reasonable period of time, we will send out a replacement or we may offer a refund.

Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at checkout prior to completing your order. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible if customer input errors result in you not receiving your item(s).
